We have coined the term “estate flats” to describe our generously demised suites. All the units are “through-units” extending the full depth of the building and have windows that flood the front and rear with natural light. Our units range in size from 2,100 to 4,000 SF, all with 10’ ceilings, and all with significant outdoor terraces. With a nod to the history of the area, we have named our suites after the registered owners of the property dating back to 1827 with the founding of Oakville by William Chisholm.
